学前教育师范生实习认知及需求多维尺度的实证研究

Empirical Study on Multidimensional Scales of Internship Cognition and Needs of Preschool Education Normal Students: A Case Study of Preschool Education Majors in a University in Guangxi

实习课程是培养学生专业职业技能的重要环节,师范生的实习认识程度会对实习态度、实习效率、实习结果造成一定的影响。本研究以广西某高校学前教育专业的学生为调查对象,设计李克特五点量表围绕保教知识、保教能力、班级管理、综合育人等维度调查学生在实习认知情况,通过SPSS 25.0对数据进行多维尺度分析,生成实习认知点知识图谱。通过可视化图谱分析了解学前教育师范生的实习认知偏好及需求,并针对分析结果提出有针对性的对策建议。

Internship courses are an important part of cultivating students' professional skills, and the level of internship awareness of teacher trainees can have a certain impact on their internship attitude, efficiency, and results. This study focuses on students majoring in preschool education at a certain university in Guangxi as the survey subjects. A Likert five-point scale was designed to investigate the cognitive status of students during internships based on dimensions such as childcare knowledge, childcare ability, class management, and comprehensive education. The data was analyzed at multiple scales using SPSS 25.0 to generate a knowledge map of internship cognitive points. Analyze the internship cognitive preferences and needs of preschool education teacher trainees through visual graphs, and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis results.
