Feasibility Study on Korean Ayurveda Mind-body Balance Education Program

The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of a Korean Ayurveda mind-body balance education program, suggest directions for developing a mind-body healing education program , and provide basic data for developing a mind-body balance education program. To this end, the first expert verification was conducted on 10 people to verify the suitability of the design and content of the Korean Ayurveda mind-body balance education program. A second expert verification was conducted on five additional people. As a result, it was confirmed that the verification items were suitable. In addition, experts who participated in the implementation verification evaluated that participation in the training was helpful in cultivating mind-body balance and self-healing abilities, was of practical help in daily life, and were overall satisfied with the training. Korean Ayurveda mind-body balance education programs have been shown to help individuals develop self-healing abilities to maintain their physical and mental health. Since self-healing ability is an important competency required throughout one's life, the Korean Ayurveda mind-body balance education program can be said to be meaningful as an aspect of lifelong education.
