뷰티테크(Beauty Tech)사례 연구

뷰티테크 실행 프로세스 중심으로

This study attempted to classify the utilization of technologies in the beauty industry, focusing on the beauty-tech implementation process and review current beauty-tech situations through case studies. For this, related papers such as market trend & technology development-related journals and government agency & business reports on the market have been examined through a literature review. According to the research, the beauty-tech implementation process is mostly structured in three steps: measurement, analysis, services. In the measurement step, information on the human body and environments is collected, using diverse technologies including sensing technology, Measure with questions. Then, the collected data are analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. In the service stage, diverse forms such as a beauty service-matching platform, virtual beauty experience, digital 3D makeup, customized cosmetics manufacturing system and at-home beauty devices appear. Therefore, beauty industry has been more active in introducing high-tech technologies to provide personalized cosmetics and effective skincare solutions. It is anticipated that such innovative technologies would play a pivotal role in establishing the ground for future beauty market.
