This study focuses on the development and simulation of the design of an ergonomic office 5-foot rotating chair using AI. It is set against the background that the demand for ergonomic office chairs is increasing due to the recent increase in telecommuting and the rise in awareness of health and well-being. This study presents a methodology to innovatively develop ergonomic designs by utilizing AI technology after 2023, especially advanced image analysis and generation tools such as CHAT GPT4.0 LLM structure and Midjourney 6.0 beta. This paper focuses on the application of AI algorithms that suggest user ergonomic design. This contributes to improving the health and efficiency of employees who have to sit for a long time in an office environment, and presents important possibilities for improving and optimizing the design process. This study provides a new perspective on office chair design by integrating AI and advanced image analysis tools. In addition, the convergence of ergonomic design and AI leads to new academic discussions in the field of design. This study emphasizes the importance of ergonomic design, lack of design development methodology using AI, and the need to improve the design process through actual image analysis methodology.
