컨설팅, 코칭 분야 연구에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

A Systematic Literature Review on Consulting and Coaching : Focus on KCI Journal Articles

본 연구의 목적은 컨설팅, 코칭 분야의 국내 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 관련 분야의 연구 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 2019년부터 2023년에 발간된 국내 학술지를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구시기 분석결과, 컨설팅, 코칭 분야 연구는 지속적으로 전개되었으며, 2020년~2021년에 239편(53.95%)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 게재저널 분석결과, 컨설팅, 코칭 분야는 타 분야와의 융·복합을 통해 전개·확장되었다, 셋째, 연구방법 분석결과, 컨설팅은 질적연구를 중심으로, 코칭은 양적연구를 중심으로 전개된 것으로 나타났다, 넷째, 연구 분야 분석결과, 컨설팅, 코칭 분야에서 모두 교육 관련 영역에 대해 주로 논의되었으며, 코칭은 스포츠, 군 코칭에 대한 논의가 전개된 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구주제 분석결과, 컨설팅 분야 연구는 다양하게 이루어진 반면, 코칭은 변인 관련 연구가 주를 이루었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 컨설팅, 코칭 관련 연구 방향을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 교육 분야의 컨설팅, 코칭 관련 연구 영역별 키워드를 범주화 한 심층 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 2020년~2021년 동안의 사회 환경적 배경, 연구 주제, 방향성에 대한 심층 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 컨설팅과 코칭이 다양한 분야와 연관성을 가지며 상호작용하는 영역으로 진화하는 과정에 대한 심층 연구가 필요하다. 넷째, 컨설팅과 코칭 분야의 연구에서 연구 방법 차이에 대한 맥락을 확인할 수 있는 심층 연구가 필요하다. 다섯째, 컨설팅과 코칭 연구 분야의 지속적 확장과 동시에 학문적 정립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 컨설팅, 코칭 분야 관련 국내 연구동향을 살펴보고, 추후 연구의 방향성을 제안하였다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과는 컨설팅과 코칭 분야 연구의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료로써 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic research trends related to consulting and coaching through a systematic literature review method and suggest the direction of further research. As a result of systematic literature review, a total of 443 papers were selected. The selected papers were 116 consulting-related papers and 327 coaching-related papers. The selected papers were analyzed by research period, journal, research method, research field, research topic. Based on the research results, we propose the following research directions related to consulting and coaching. First of all, in-depth research is needed that categorizes keywords for each research area related to consulting and coaching in the education field. Second, in-depth research on social and environmental backgrounds, research themes, and directions between 2020 and 2021 is needed. Third, in-depth research is needed on the process in which consulting and coaching evolve into areas where they are related to and interact with various fields. Fourth, in-depth research is needed to identify the context of the differences in research methods between consulting and coaching. Fifth, academic establishment is needed at the same time as continuous expansion of consulting and coaching research fields. The academic significance of this study is that it examined domestic research trends in the consulting and coaching fields and suggested future research directions and implications.
