A study on the design of a career anchor-based job creation education program for university students

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 커리어앵커를 기반으로 한 창직교육을 통해 대학생의 진로 개발 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 모형을 설계하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 및 사례 분석을 실시하였으며 이를 바탕으로 모형의 핵심가치 및 핵심활동 프로세스를 도출하였다. 연구결과: 도출된 핵심가치는 첫째, ‘미래 직업세계의 변화 예측’, 둘째, ‘커리어앵커를 통한 ‘나’ 이해’, 셋째, ‘새로운 직업 창직’, 넷째, ‘미래직업이 요구하는 역량 개발’, 다섯째, ‘대학생의 진로개발능력 강화’이며, 문헌연구를 통해 도출된 1차 모형에서 FGI를 통해 핵심가치와 핵심활동 프로세스를 수정하고, 수정된 모형에 대해 구성원 검토와 CVI를 통해 타당도를 확인하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 모형을 통해 대학생들은 자기 이해를 바탕으로 자신에게 맞는 자신만의 일자리를 창출할 것으로 예상하며 창직 과정의 경험을 통해 진로 선택의 대안으로서 창직을 통한 창업이나 취업 등 2차· 3차 고용 창출에도 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a program model that can improve university students' career development abilities through job creation education based on career anchors. Method: To achieve the purpose of this study, literature research and case analysis were conducted, and based on this, the core values ​​and core processes of the model were derived. Results: The derived core values ​​are, first, 'predicting changes in the future world of work', second, 'understanding 'me' through career anchors', third, 'creation of new jobs', and fourth, 'developing capabilities required by future jobs', fifth, ‘Strengthening university students’ career development capabilities’. In the first model derived through literature research, some core values ​​and core activity processes were modified through FGI, and the validity of the revised model was confirmed through member review and CVI. Conclusion: Through this model, we expect college students to create their own jobs that suit them based on their self-understanding.
