마을교육공동체 속성에 관한 질적 메타분석

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 우리나라 마을교육공동체의 속성이 어떤 모습으로 나타나고 있는지 확인하고 그 특징을 도출하자 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 마을교육공동체의 활성화 및 형성, 운영에 초점을 맞춘 12개의 연구물을 대상으로 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 마을교육공동체의 속성으로는 주체성, 공동체성, 리더십공유, 실천성, 지역성, 전문성, 공공성, 지속성, 지원적 환경이 도출되었다. 마을교육공동체의 핵심 속성은 지속성으로 이는 아이-부모-교사, 마을, 공동체의 미래지향적 성장으로 드러났다. 또한 공동체성과 주체성, 실천성이 모든 연구물에 언급되며 주요 속성으로 나타났으며, 마을교육공동체의 속성들은 서로 영향을 주고 받았다. 지원적환경에 대한 언급은 비교적 적었으나 현재의 마을교육공동체 활동을 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 도출한 마을교육공동체의 속성 및 지속성장을 위한 방안을 중심으로 논의 및 결론을 제시하였다.

Purpose:: In this study, we attempted to identify the characteristics of Korea's village education communities and derive their characteristics. Method:: To this end, a qualitative meta-analysis was conducted on studies focusing on the activation, formation, and operation of village education communities. Results:: As a result of the study, the attributes of the village education community were identified as identity, community, shared leadership, practicality, locality, expertise, publicness, sustainability, and a supportive environment. The core attribute of the village education community is sustainability, which is revealed to be the future-oriented growth of children, parents, teachers, villages, and communities. Conclusion:: Based on these research results, discussions and conclusions were presented focusing on the characteristics of village education communities and measures for sustainable growth.
