Demands for Improvement and Current Status of Educational Welfare Support Experienced by College Students with Disabilities

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애대학생이 경험한 교육복지지원 실태 및 지원요구 관련 경험과 인식을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 이들의 장애대학생의 교육복지지원을 강화하는 방안과 시사점을 제언하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 질적연구 기법을 사용하였으며 연구참여자인 10명의 장애대학생을 대상으로 포커스그룹면담을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 총 2개의 범주, 5개의 상위주제, 15개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 연구결과: 연구 결과, 교육복지지원의 의미, 교육복지지원의 영역별 경험과 개선방안 범주로 분류되었다. 논의 및 결론: 도출된 연구 결과를 바탕으로 장애대학생의 교육복지지원을 강화하기 위한 방안과 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual status of educational welfare support and the experiences and perceptions related to support needs experienced by college students with disabilities and, based on this, to suggest ways and implications to strengthen educational welfare support for college students with disabilities. Method: This study used qualitative research method and conducted focus group interviews with 10 college students with disabilities who participated in the study. As a result of the analysis, a total of 2 categories, 5 super-topics, and 15 sub-topics were derived. Results: As a result of the study, it was classified into categories such as meaning of educational welfare support, experience and improvement plan for each area of ​​educational welfare support. Conclusion: Based on the research results, measures and implications for strengthening educational welfare support for college students with disabilities were discussed.
