고교학점제를 고려한 학생부종합전형 평가 루브릭 개발 및 내용타당도 검증

Development and Content Validity Verification of an Evaluation Rubric for Admission Officer System Considering High School Credit System

본 연구는 고교학점제가 본격적으로 시행됨에 따라 변화하는 교육 환경에 적합한 학생부종합전형 평가 루브릭 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 고교학점제 관련 이해관계자인 고등학교 교사와 입학사정관, 평가전문가를 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 인터뷰 응답을 종합하여 고교학점제의 특성과 학생들의 교육 경험을 반영할 수 있는 평가 요소를 도출했다. 연구 결과, 학생부종합전형 평가요소인 진로, 학업, 공동체 역량에 대응되는 4개의 평가차원(진로탐색, 진로선택과목 이수 및 성과, 기초수학능력, 공동체 의식)과 3개 평정수준, 9점 척도로 구성된 평가 루브릭을 제시하였다. 각 평가차원에 대한 평정수준별 기준은 학교생활기록부에서 나타난 개개인의 진로 탐색 과정과 교과내 탐구 활동, 학업 성취도 및 노력 정도, 개별적인 특기와 역량을 다면적으로 평가할 수 있도록 기술하였다. 평가 루브릭을 작성한 후, 내용전문가를 통한 내용타당도 검증을 두 차례 실시하여 보다 타당한 평가도구를 제시하고자 하였다. 평가 루브릭은 학생부종합전형에서의 평가 객관성 및 타당성을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 학생과 교사, 학부모에게 학생의 현재 교육적 상태와 개선 방향에 대한 가이드라인을 제공하는 도구가 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation rubric of admission officer system considering the high school credit system. Interviews with stakeholders, including high school teachers, admission officers, and evaluation experts, were conducted to derive evaluative elements that accurately reflect the High School Credit System and students' educational experiences. The outcome is a rubric with four dimensions: Career Exploration, Exploratory activity and level, Basic learning ability, and Sense of Paricipation and responsibility, each evaluated across three levels and within a nine-point scale. These dimensions are designed to assess various aspects such as students' career exploration, in-class inquiry activities, academic achievements, and individual talents, as evidenced in their school records. Then, this study verified the content validity of the evaluation rubric with content experts, aiming to present a more reliable evaluation tool. This rubric is anticipated to significantly enhance the objectivity and validity in the University Admission Officer System, while also serving as a guiding framework for students, teachers, and parents to understand and improve educational outcomes.
