교육과정의 계속성을 고려한 글쓰기 상담 개선 방안 연구

A study on ways to improve writing counseling considering the continuity of the curriculum

이 연구는 교육과정의 계속성을 기반으로, 대학교 전 학년에 글쓰기 교육이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 글쓰기 상담 프로그램의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 이를 개선하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰 및 사례연구, 비교연구를 통해 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. ‘계속성’이란 교육과정에서 중요한 요소들을 반복, 수직적으로 관계하도록 조직하는 것으로, 글쓰기 교육에서 계속성은 ‘쓰기 과정의 전략적 측면’, ‘장르와 형식의 지식적 측면’, ‘반복된 쓰기의 경험적 측면’으로 생각해 볼 수 있다. 그러나 현재, 글쓰기 상담 프로그램에서는 글쓰기 교육에서 이루어 지는 방법이나 내용과는 무관하게 온라인 상담 선호, 결과중심의 일회성 첨삭, 장르에 대한 이해 부족, 교과 연계 글쓰기로 제한된다는 현실적인 문제로 계속성의 원리가 구현되지 못하고 있다. 글쓰기 상담에서 계속성을 실현하기 위해서는 온라인 상담에서도 내담자와 상담자 간의 원활한 소통 장치를 마련해야 하고 지도가 과정중심으로 이루어져야 하며, 이를 내담자에게 적극적으로 안내해야 한다. 또한, 장르에 대한 지도와 함께 전공 교수들과의 적극적인 협업이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and improve the problems of the writing counseling program so that writing education is provided in all grades based on the continuity of the curriculum in university writing education. ‘Continuity’ refers to organizing important elements in the curriculum so that they are repeated and vertically related. In writing education, continuity can be thought of as ‘strategic aspects of the writing process’, ‘knowledge aspects of genre and form’, and ‘experiential aspects of repeated writing’. However, there are problems with the preference for online consultation, one-time editing focusing on results, lack of understanding of the genre, and subject-related writing. In order to realize continuity in writing counseling, a smooth communication device must be established in online counseling, it must be process-oriented, and clients must be actively guided through this. Additionally, collaboration with major professors is required along with guidance on the genre.
