미래교육지구의 현황 및 개선 방안 탐색

Exploring the current status and improvement plans of the future education district: Focusing on the case of Sasang-gu, Busan

본 연구에서는 부산 사상구의 미래교육지구사업의 현황과 개선 방향을 탐색하고자 한다. 교육부는 혁신교육지구를 개선하는 차원에서 미래교육지구사업을 운영해왔다. 이를 위해 본 연구자들은 교육부 미래교육지구 성장지원단으로서 부산 사상미래교육지구사업 담당 부서 및 업무담당자들의 경험과 내러티브에 공감하면서 협렵적으로 이슈에 공감하고 협력적으로 개선 방안을 탐색했다. 연구결과, 첫째, 외부환경 변화에 따른 공동센터운영의 지속가능성에 대한 우려를 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 마을교육공동체의 성장과 지속가능성의 과제를 갖고 있었다. 셋째, 마을교육공동체의 비전과 목적에 부합하는 마을강사의 정체성과 역할을 정립해야 하는 상황에 있었다. 결론적으로 교육청과 지자체가 협력하는 공동운영센터의 안정화가 필요하며, 학교구성원 대상 지역사회 연계 교육 지원을 강화해야 하고, 마을교육공동체 역량을 강화하는 전문적인 교육기관이 설립되어야 함을 논의했다.

In this study, we aim to explore the current status and improvement direction of the future education district project in Sasang-gu, Busan. The Ministry of Education has implemented the Future Education District Project to improve the Hope Education District. As part of the Ministry of Education's Future Education District Growth Support Group, we empathized with the experiences and narratives of the departments and staff responsible for overseeing the Sasang Future Education District Project in Busan, sympathized with the issues, and collaboratively explored potential improvements. The results of the study are as follows; First, there were concerns about the sustainability of joint center operation due to changes in the external environment. Second, attention was drawn to the challenge of fostering growth and ensuring the sustainability of the local-community education. Third, we were in a situation where we had to establish the identity and role of village instructors that fit the vision and purpose of the local-community education. In conclusion, it was agreed that the joint operation center, where the Office of Education and local governments cooperate, must be stabilized, support for community-linked education for school members must be strengthened, and a professional educational institution that strengthens the capacity of the local-community education must be established.
