청년여성의 출산·육아서비스만족도와 지역생활만족도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

Effects of Satisfaction with Childbirth·Childcare Social Services and Satisfaction with Community Life on Life Satisfaction among Young Women - Focused on Moderated Mediation Effect of Perception of Social Safety -

본 연구의 목적은 청년여성의 출산 · 육아서비스만족도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이 관계에서 지역생활만족도의 매개효과와 사회안전인식도의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 강원도가 실시한 ‘2022년 강원도 사회조사’ 자료를 사용하였으며, 이 중 20~30대 청년여성 296명이 응답한 자료를 SPSS 21.0와 PROCESS Macro 4.2(Model 4, Model 14)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년여성의 출산 · 육아서비스만족도가 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역생활만족도는 청년여성의 출산 · 육아서비스만족도와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년여성의 출산 · 육아서비스만족도와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 지역생활만족도의 매개효과는 사회안전인식도에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 청년여성의 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 실천 및 정책적 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderated mediating effect of perception of social safety and the mediating effect of satisfaction with community life on the relationship between satisfaction with childbirth·childcare social service and life satisfaction among young women. To do this, this study used the 2022 Gangwon provincial social survey data conducted by Gangwon provincial office. The sample consisted of 296 young women(20s-30s), and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2(Model 4 and Model 14). The main results of this study are as follows: First, this study found that a higher level of satisfaction with childbirth·childcare social service was associated with a higher level of life satisfaction among young women. Second, a fully mediating effect of satisfaction with community life was found on the relationship between satisfaction with childbirth·childcare social service and life satisfaction among young women. Third, the mediating effect of satisfaction with community life on the relationship between satisfaction with childbirth·childcare social service and life satisfaction was moderated by perception of social safety. Based on those study results, this study discussed practical and policy implications for enhancing life satisfaction among young women.
