텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 학교체육정책 연구 동향 분석

Analysis of school sports policy research trends using text mining

연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 학교체육정책 관련 선행연구에서 생성된 지식체계를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 연구 수행 및 정책 수립을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구방법 이를 위해 국내 학술지를 중심으로 학교체육정책 관련 논문을 수집하여 배제, 포함 준거를 활용하여 최종적으로 49편의 분석 대상 논문을 선정하였다. 수집된 논문은 넷마이너(NetMiner) 소프트웨어를 활용한 텍스트 마이닝(Text-mining) 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 텍스트 마이닝 분석 방법 중 토픽 모델링(Topic modeling)을 통해 도출된 네 가지 토픽은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생 체육활동 활성화 지원 정책이 다양한 방향으로 수립 집행되고 있지만 실제 현장에서 지원 부족 등의 문제가 나타났다. 둘째, 학생 스포츠 참여 확대를 위한 학교체육정책의 범위와 대상, 내용 등의 재설정이 요구된다. 셋째, 학교체육정책의 분석 및 평가에 적합한 평가이론과 모형의 탐색이 필요하다. 넷째, 학교 현장의 정책 대상들의 구체적인 인식 탐색을 통한 실질적인 지원 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 결론 이상의 연구 결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 학교체육정책에 대한 모형적 접근 및 통합적 체계 마련을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge system generated from previous research on school sports policy and based on this, to derive implications for conducting future research and establishing policies. Methods: For this purpose, we collected papers related to the School Physical Education policy primarily from domestic academic journals and ultimately selected forty-nine papers for analysis using exclusion and inclusion criteria. The collected papers were analyzed using text-mining techniques found in the NetMiner software. Results: Among the text mining analysis methods, the four topics derived through topic modeling are as follows. First, although policies to support student athletic activities are being established and implemented in various directions, problems such as lack of support have emerged in actual practice. Second, it is necessary to reset the scope, target, and content of the School Sports Policy to expand students' sports participation. Third, it is necessary to explore evaluation theories and models suitable for the analysis and evaluation of school physical education policies. Fourth, practical support measures must be prepared by exploring the specific perceptions of policy targets in schools. Conclusion: Based on the above research results and discussions, policy implications for establishing a model approach and integrated system for the School Physical Education policy were presented.
