본 연구는 경력단절여성의 경력개발을 위한 연구 방향과 제도 방안을 모색하기 위해 경력단절여 성 대상 경력개발 프로그램에 관한 문헌을 통합적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내 학술지에 게재된 경력단절여성 대상 경력개발 프로그램 문헌 28편을 선정하였다. 분석 준거는 연구 동향, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 주제로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 경력단절여성 대상 프로그램 연구는 2007년부터 시작하여 2014년 이후 급증하였다. 프로그램 연구의 대상은 재취업 중심의 교육이 가장 많았으며, 그 외에도 경력단절여성의 경력전환을 위한 스포츠 직업교육, 미용교육, 외식창업교육에 관한 연구 가 수행되었음을 확인하였다. 연구 방법은 양적, 질적, 혼합 연구 등 다양한 연구 방법이 수행되었으 며, 주요 연구 주제는 프로그램 개발, 프로그램 효과성 검증, 프로그램 사례연구로 구분되었다. 이러 한 연구 결과를 기반으로 추후 경력단절여성의 경력개발 프로그램 연구에 대한 학문적 제언과 경력 단절여성의 경력개발을 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.
This research systematically analyzed the literature on career development programs targeting women who have experienced career interruptions, aiming to explore research directions and institutional strategies for the career development of this demographic group. To achieve this, 28 articles related to career development programs for women with career interruptions, published in domestic academic journals, were selected for comprehensive analysis. The analysis was based on the characteristics of the research, the target population, research methods, and research themes. The findings indicate that research on programs for women with career interruptions commenced in 2007, experiencing a notable increase from 2014 onwards. The primary research themes were categorized into program development, program effectiveness verification, and case studies, with a diverse range of research methods conducted, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches. The majority of the programs studied focused on the education for reemployment, and additional research investigated sports career education, beauty education, and restaurant entrepreneurship education for women seeking career transitions. Based on these research outcomes, suggestions for future research on career development programs for women with career interruptions are presented.
