The purpose of this study is to research on serious leisure motive, leisure involvement, quality of life for hotel customers’. For empirical research, 264 valid surveys were collected for hotel customers who experienced hotels’ promotional products from December 15th, 2023 to January 14th,, 2024 in Korea. Statistical packages of SPSS (21.0) were used for empirical analysis of the study. Total three hypotheses were verified for this study. First, as a result of regression analysis on the effect of serious leisure motive on leisure involvement, leisure career, continuous benefit, leisure identity factors were positively influenced on leisure involvement so hypothesis 1 was partially adopted. Second, a leisure involvement factor had positive effect on quality of life, therefore hypothesis 2 was fully adopted. Third, leisure career, personal effort, continuous benefit, leisure identity factors were positively influenced on quality of life so that hypothesis 3 was fully adopted. This study was conducted to provide academic contribution about the serious leisure, leisure involvement and quality of life,and to contribute practical implications to hotel marketers.
