평균 이하의 점프 능력 대상자에 대한 4주간의 운동 훈련 방법이 양발과 한발 점프 능력에 미치는 영향

Effects of Type of Four-week Physical Training on Bilateral and Unilateral Jumping in Adults with Below Average Jumping Capacity

Jump is important to improve muscle strength and jump performance to reduce the risk of falling due to the weakening of lower limb muscle strength in the elderly. This study examined the effect of three different exercise methods on jump height. Thirty-six healthy adult men and women participated in the study, and they were randomly assigned to three groups: jump training group, strength training group, and control group (running). Each group was trained three times a week for 30 minutes for a total of 4 weeks. In order to confirm the effect of each training, jump height and ground reaction foece were measured using a scale bar and myomotion gait analysis before and after training. As a result, the jump height was significantly improved in all groups after training. These results show that jump training, strength training, and running training are all effective in improving jump height and are helpful in improving rehabilitation and exercise performance.
