中国共产党推进青年政治社会化的实践新样态——模拟政协提案活动

The CPC’s New Practice of Promoting Youth Political Socialization: Simulated CPPCC Proposal Activity

青年政治社会化是中国共产党推动社会主义民主政治体制的关键工作，但也面临着多维度的现实挑战。中国共产党在各个历史时期都坚持推进和创新青年政治社会化的实践样态，有效引导和动员了青年在各个时期内发挥出重要作用。新时代下，中国共产党必须回答好如何促进青年个体层面的政治社会化多维发展与内化青年群体层面的政治社会化普遍规范这一时代课题。在青年政治社会化的路径选择中，模拟政协提案活动成为了中国共产党推进青年政治社会化的一项实践新样态，皆在通过提高青年政治认知、政治参与、政治意识从而塑造政治人格以实现青年个体的政治社会化；同时也通过凝聚共识、 构建归属、增强认同从而推动社会主义民主政治体制发展以实现青年群体的政治社会化。

Abstract: Youth political socialization is the key work of the CPC to promote the socialist democratic political system, but it also faces multi-dimensional practical challenges. In the new era, the CPC must answer the issue of how to promote the multi-dimensional development of political socialization at the individual level of youth and internalize the universal norms of political socialization at the group level. In the path selection of youth political socialization, simulating the proposal activity of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference has become a new practice form of youth political socialization in China. As a new attempt of the CPC to promote the political socialization of youth, the simulated proposal activity of the CPPCC is aimed at shaping the political personality of young people through improving their political awareness, political participation and political consciousness to realize the political socialization of young individuals; At the same time, it also promotes the development of socialist democratic political system by consolidating consensus, building belonging, and enhancing identity, in order to achieve the political socialization of young people.
