顶山市城市社区养老托育服务供给状况研究——基于QCA 方法的组态分析

Analysis of the Supply Status of Urban Community Elderly Care and Childcare Services in Pingdingshan: Configuration Analysis Based on QCA Method

人口老龄化一直都是一个备受关注的话题，近年又随着少子化趋势的出现，中国的人口结构也面临着新的挑战。随着国家提出养老和托育代际融合发展的政策，平顶山市也开始面临着养老和托育如何发展的问题，本文通过fsQCA 和csQCA 的分析方法，分析出适合平顶山养老托育发展的缺陷以及促进发展的路径。其中，问题主要表现为专业人员供给不足、医疗健康服务供给不足、幼儿启蒙教育服务供给不足等。针对这些问题，本文提出了加强人才队伍建设、宣传城市社区养老托育服务优点、连接多方资源以增强可持续发展能力以及加大政府财政和政策支撑力度等多个建议，以促进平顶山市养老托育事业的持续发展。

Population ageing has always been a topic of great concern, and in recent years, with the emergence of the declining birthrate, China's population structure is also facing new challenges. With the national policy of intergenerational integration of old-age care and childcare, Pingdingshan City has also begun to face the problem of how to develop old-age care and childcare. Among them, the problems are mainly manifested in the insufficient supply of professionals, medical and health services, and early childhood enlightenment education services. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward a number of suggestions to strengthen the construction of talent team, publicize the advantages of urban community elderly care services, connect multiple resources to enhance sustainable development capacity, and increase government financial and policy support, so as to promote the sustainable development of elderly care in Pingdingshan City.
