中国高等教育的迅猛发展使民办高校对教育事业的作用越来越大。作为民办高校从事教学科研的主要力量,青年教师成长成才直接影响着办学质量和教育水平。但现实教育生态下民办高校青年教师经常会遇到多重角色挑战和迷茫。他们不仅要扮演教育者的角色,还要成为研究者和社会服务者,这种复杂的身份关系导致他们经常面临角色定位模糊和角色冲突的问题,这些问题在影响青年教师个体职业发展的同时,还对民办高校长期发展形成潜在制约。所以,深入探究民办高校青年教师角色困惑,对促进其职业发展,优化民办高校师资队伍和提高教育质量都有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

The rapid development of higher education in China has made the role of private universities in the education industry increasingly significant. As the main force engaged in teaching and research in private universities, the growth and development of young teachers directly affect the quality of education and the level of education. But in the real education ecosystem, young teachers in private universities often encounter multiple role challenges and confusion. They not only have to play the role of educators, but also become researchers and social service providers. This complex identity relationship often leads them to face problems of unclear role positioning and role conflicts.
