从师范出发: 论普通高中多语种教师培养的必要性

Starting from Teacher Education: The Necessity of Cultivating Multilingual Teachers in Ordinary High Schools

高中外语教育是我国外语教育生态圈的重要一环,亦是我国高等外语教育的基石。新世纪以来,我国高中阶段的外语教育开始逐渐走向多元化。随着我国中学生出国留学规模日益扩大,促使高中阶段的日语、俄语、法语、德语、西班牙语以及韩语等多语种教育取得长足发展。由此,高中阶段对于多语种教师队伍的需求也在逐年增加,而现阶段我国师范院校的多语种师范教育体系建设却未能跟上基础教育界的呼唤。本文认为,在为中学培养多语种师资人才方面,师范院校应该充分发挥教师培养的示范作用,努力争取为基础教育界培养更多优秀的多语种师资人才。

Foreign language education in ordinary high schools is an important part of China’s foreign language education ecosystem and also the cornerstone of higher foreign language education in China. Since the new century, foreign language education in high schools in China has gradually become more diversified. In addition, with the increasing scale of Chinese middle school students studying abroad, it has led to significant development in multilingual education such as Japanese, Russian, French, German, Spanish, and Korean during the high school stage. As a result, the demand for multilingual teacher teams in high school is also increasing year by year, but at present, the construction of multilingual teacher education systems in China's normal universities cannot keep up with the call of the basic education industry in the future. This article believes that in cultivating multilingual teaching talents for secondary schools, normal universities should fully leverage the exemplary role of teacher training and strive to provide more excellent multilingual teaching talents for basic education.
