本科护理专业护理学导论课程思政教学改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Introduction to Nursing for Undergraduate Nursing Majors

以课程思政为切入点,加强教学设计、完善教学体系,是深化本科护理专业护理学导论课程教学改革之策,也是提升人才培养质量的关键路径。因此在全新时代背景下,高校护理专业和护理学导论课程教师需要从多角度入手,进一步分析课程思政内涵,掌握其与课程教学融合的必要性,随后针对当前教学中存在的问题,从明确育人目标、提升师资力量、挖掘思政教育元素、创新教学模式、完善教学评价的角度入手,构建新时期下的课程教学格局,从而为社会培养更多高素养人才。

Taking ideological and political education as the starting point, strengthening teaching design, and improving the teaching system are the strategies to deepen the teaching reform of the undergraduate nursing major “Introduction to Nursing” course, and also the key path to improve the quality of talent cultivation. Therefore, in the context of the new era, teachers of nursing majors and the “Introduction to Nursing” course in universities need to start from multiple perspectives, further analyze the ideological and political connotations of the course, grasp the necessity of integrating it with course teaching, and then, in response to the current problems in teaching, start from clarifying educational goals, improving teaching staff, and exploring ideological and political education elements, to construct a new curriculum teaching pattern in the new era, So as to cultivate more high-quality talents for society.
