A Study on the Rationalism of the Humanism Thought in Confucius’ Music Education

This study is anchored in contemporary humanism and rationalism theories, delving into the rationalist expressions within Confucian music education and its human-centric value significance. It aims to provide insights and references for the development and practice of modern music education. Utilizing document analysis and historical research methods, this paper thoroughly discusses the rationalism in Confucius's music aesthetics, music teaching, and ethical thoughts from a humanistic perspective, pioneering a new viewpoint for understanding Confucian music education. It particularly emphasizes its critical contribution to enhancing contemporary music education practice, especially in achieving the goal of holistic human development. The research notes that, despite the limitations encountered by Confucian music education ideas due to their specific socio-cultural roots in addressing contemporary issues, their profound insights into the relationship between sensibility and rationality in human nature, along with the concept of interdisciplinary talent cultivation, offer unique Eastern wisdom for the development of global cultural education.

本研究基于当代人学与理性主义理论,探究孔子音乐教育中理性主义的体现和根植于人性的孔子音乐教育的价值复归,为当代音乐教育教育的发展与实践提供借鉴。通过文献资料分析法和历史研究法,对人学视阈下孔子的美学思想、教学思想、伦理思想进行详细论述,为理解孔子音乐教育提供新视角,强调其对当代音乐教育实践,特别是全人发展目标的重要贡献。研究发现,由于特定社会文化基础孔子音乐教育思想在解决现代问题时存在局限性,但其基于人性的感性与理性关系的理解、跨学科综合的人才教育主张,为全球文化教育的发展贡献出独特的东方智慧。
