To compare that a rice production cost per 10a in 2003 year of a rice specific farm, in the case of more than 5ha who their a land cost are alike, the larger of a farm land scale the lower of a rice production cost, that means that the economics of scale is realize in a rice agriculture. A rice production cost of a rice specific farm who are more than 5ha cut down 8.3% than a rice specific farm who are 5-7ha. Especially, in the case of a direct production cost that except a land cost and a capital cost, the larger of a farm land scale the lower of a rice production cost, in the case of a rice specific farm who are more than 15ha cut down 44.5% than a rice specific farm who are less than 5ha. These means that the larger of a farm land scale cut down the more a total direct production cost, because of to efficient use of a farm machine and cut down a labour hour.
