The purposes of this study are to measure the regional economic impact of the 22 strategic projects by Regional Input-Output Analysis and evaluate the contribution on the regional economy of the comprehensive development by Kang Wha country. Based on the Regional Input-Output Model, 4 inducement coefficients(production, import, value added, employment) are calculated on the investment for projet developments and predicted expenditure increase by tourists. As a result, when 1 unit of Korean Won is put into the projects development as exogenously investment in Kang Wha country, it was measured that the production inducement impact on overall industry is 0.6249 Korean Won, import inducement impact is 0.8002 Korean Won and value added inducement impact is 0.7960 Korean Won. It was analyzed that every 1 trillion Korean Won is invested for projects development independently, the 8.2181 jobs will be created in Kang Wha country. Also when tourists increase 1 Korean Won of their expenditure for the Kang Wha country tourism, 1.5289 Korean Won production inducement impact, 0.5248 Korean Won import inducement impact and 0.9846 Korean Won value added inducement impact will be created in Kang Wha country. 8.1337 jobs will be created on the expenditure increase of every 10 trillion Korean Won by tourists. According to the Kang Wha Comprehensive Development Plan. 1,142trillion Korean Won will be invested for the projects development. It was measured the 713.7trillion Korean Won of production inducement impact, 913.9 trillion Korean Won of import inducement impact and 9,091.1trillion Korean Won will be occurred when the projects are completed. Also, it was measured that 9,385 jobs will be created due to the 22 projects. Also, 93.2 trillion Korean Won of production inducement impact, 33.1 trillion Korean Won of import inducement impact and 60.6 trillion Korean Won will be occurred and 496 jobs will be created due to the expenditure increase by tourists.
