Although Korea and Japan developed in similar economy and business environment, they have different times of collapses of bubble economic and their shocks werebig, too. After this, both countries’ companies had to change their policies and strategies. As a consequence, a company, which had a successful change, could have company’s competitiveness but other companies faced crisis like M&A and business failures. This study is a comparison study about Korea’ and Japan’ business revolutions. Also, It contains problems and solutions about business revolution.
