The regional innovation network is defined a formal, informal network among crucial actors in a regional multi-governance structure. Defining and promoting the multi-actor innovation networks that form the regional innovation system is essential. In a case of Daedeok R&D Special Zone(DRDSZ), it has been found that regional innovation network has often formed from a heterogenous group of various actors including representatives of firms, universities, technology centers, development organization and supporting institutions. This paper suggest that the Regional Network Platform Method is presented as a tool for the regional innovation policy under the reigning techno-socio-economic paradigm. The Daedeok Innpolis such as a supporting institution aim to promote spill-over effects of network in designing development strategies that are based on demarcating the boundary between the supplier and producer of public goods(support services) in DRDSZ.
