이 연구의 목적은 리모델링 아파트의 가격형성요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 구조적, 지역적, 환경적 측면 및 다양한 평가기준을 구축하여 리모델링 아파트의 가격구조를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 2001년 이후 준공된 서울지역 소재 리모델링 아파트를 대상으로 한정 하였다. 연구방법은 효과적으로 연구의 목적을 달성하기위하여 AHP기법을 활용한다. AHP기법은 의사결정 문제를 계층구조로 정리하여 최적 대안을 도출하는 의사결정방법이다. 연구의 결과는 가격형성요인의 분석결과를 도출하고 성공적인 리모델링 사업을 하는데 있어서 시사점을 제시하고 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinant factors for remodeling apartment prices. That is to analyze the price structure of remodeling apartment in the aspect of structural, locational and environmental traits. This paper is focused into the remodeling apartment to built from 2001 in Seoul. The study employs AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods to accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively. AHP methods is constructed through questionnaire survey planned by experts of real estate field in order to classify some important factors. The results of this paper is going to suggest alternative policies for successful remodeling apartment through analysis of affecting price of factors
