전북지역 특화 농산물의 생산, 가공 연계방안에 관한 연구

A Study on How to Link with Production, Processing of Jeonbuk Regional Specialized Agricultural Product

농산물의 안정적인 판로확보와 부가가치 증대는 가공 산업의 육성이 선결 과제라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 지금까지 농산물 가공 산업 육성은 가공(식품)업체의 육성에만 주력하여 왔으나 최근에는 농업과 신품산업의 연계강화의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 복분자의 유통실태를 살펴보면, 농가(작목반)의 유통실태는 생과판매가 53%, 가공업체 계약수매 12%, 농협 계약수매 33%, 농가 간이가공 5%로 나타났다. 농협의 경우 고창군 지역 내 가공업체 16.4%, 지역 외 가공업체 11.5%, 일반소비자 대상 도소매 6.5%, 저장 65.6%로 나타났다. 가장 높게 나타난 저장부분도 대부분 일반 개인소비자를 대상으로 한 택배판매가 대부분으로, 이는 지역 내 가공업체들의 외부에서의 원료 구입비율이 높게 나타나는 요인이기도 하다농산물 생산, 가공, 마케팅 연계 강화방안은 기본방향으로 첫째, 식품산업과 산지의 지속적인 거래체계 구축, 둘째, 수요에 대응한 산지의 철저한 품질관리와 물량 확보, 셋째, 관련 인프라 지원의 방향으로 진행되어야 한다. 구체적인 추진방안은 첫째, 국산 원료 농축수산물 구매 시스템 개선, 둘째, 국산원료 농축수산물의 경쟁력 제고, 셋째, 연계강화를 위한 인프라 지원을 들 수 있다.

Third, it should go in the direction of supporting the infrastructure concerned. As a substantial promotion policy, the following five matters could be commented, First, improvement in purchasing system of agriculture products based on domestic raw materials. Second, enhancement of competitive power of agriculture products based on domestic raw materials. Third support of infrastructure for networking reinforcement.
