유아교육기관의 조직문화가 유아교사의 아동학대 신고의도및 신고행동에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Organizational Culture of Early Childhood Education Institutions on Early Childhood Teachers' Intention to Report Child Abuse and their Behavior

본 연구는 유아교육기관의 조직문화가 유아교사의 아동학대 신고의도 및 신고행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 320명의 유아교사를 대상으로 유아교육기관의 조직문화, 아동학대 신고의도 및 신고행동에 대한 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계, t 검증과 일원변량분석, 카이제곱검증, 상관분석 및 다중회기분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 연령, 경력, 아동학대 교육시간 등 연구대상자의 인구학적인 특성에 따른 변인 간의 평균 차이가 나타났으며, 조직문화와 관련해서는 집단문화가 아동학대 신고의도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 합리문화가 아동학대 신고행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 아동학대 의심사례에 대한 유아교사의 아동학대 신고율을 높이는 방안을 제안하였다.

This study investigated the effect of organizational culture of early childhood education institutions on early childhood teachers' intentions to report child abuse and reported behavior. To this end, an online questionnaire was conducted on 320 early childhood teachers on the organizational culture, intentions to report child abuse, and reported behavior of early childhood education institutions. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance analysis, chi-square test, correlation analysis, and multiple-term analysis were conducted for data analysis. As a result, there was an average difference between variables according to the demographic characteristics of the study subjects, such as age, experience, and child abuse education time, and it was found that with regard to organizational culture, group culture had a significant effect on the intention to report child abuse, and rational culture had a significant effect on child abuse reporting behavior. Based on these results, a plan was proposed to increase the child abuse report rate of early childhood teachers in suspected cases of child abuse.
