광주지역 사회적경제 조직의 연계구조에 관한 연구

A Study on Linkage of Social Economy Organizations in Gwangju: focused on the Social Network Analysis

본 연구는 사회적경제 영역을 생태계의 관점에서 바라보고, 사회네트워크분석을 이용하여 광주지역 사회적경제 조직의 연계구조의 실태를 다음과 같이 파악하였다. 첫째, 가치사슬 연계구조상에 조직간 자발적 연계가 부족하다. 둘째, 조직간상호거래와 판로개척연계가 미흡하다. 셋째, 혁신자원과 혁신활동 연계구조상에 정보교환과 조직간협의가 부족하다. 넷째, 재정지원 연계구조상에 조직간 연계가 미흡하며, 재정지원은 지자체 등 공공부문에 주로 의존하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 바탕으로 사회적경제 조직의 활성화를 위한 정책과제는 인재의 발굴 및 육성, 고객의 확보 및 홍보, 중간지원조직 역할의 재정립, 사회적금융 지원 등 4가지의 정책과제를 제안하였다.

This study examined the actual condition for the linkage of the social economy organizations in Gwangju by using the SNA(Social Network Analysis) and the results are as follows. First, there are lacks of inter-organizational voluntary links, reciprocal transactions and territorial cultivations in the linkage of value chain. Second, there are insufficient to link the exchange of informations and inter-organizational consultations among the organizations in the linkage of innovational resource and activities. Finally, financial support is mainly dependent on the public sector.
