[논문 발표 2] 성숙 리더십에 대한 이론적 고찰

Maturity Leadership

본 논문은 성숙 리더십 에 관한 선행 연구를 위해 그 개념을 정리하고 이 론을 고찰하였다 특히 성숙 리더십에 대한 이론과 관련된 진성 리더십 섬김 리더십 포용적 리더 십의 연구 분야의 개념과 특성을 관련지어 개념화하고 도출하였다 이 연구 과정에서 로버트 키건 의 주체에서 대상 성찰 실천에 대한 건설적 발달적 접근 의 이론을 확장해서 단 계적 의식성장에서 순환적 의식성장으로 개념을 발전시켜 성숙 리더십을 개념화하였다 로버트 키 건 성인발달 단계 이론 을 적용 및 발전시켜 리더의 성장 성숙 후퇴 라는 생 애 전반에 걸쳐 리더의 성장 방향성을 도출하였다 본 연구는 인공지능과 함께 빠른 변화의 시대에 개인의 유능한 특성으로 리더십를 바라보는 것이 아니라 주체적 자아로 성장 성숙 후퇴 하는 리더십 속성을 찾아내어 그것들과 관련지어 제시하고 개념화하였다.

This paper organized the concept and examined the theory for previous research on ‘Maturity Leadership.’ In particular, the concepts and characteristics of the research fields of authentic leadership, servant leadership, and inclusive leadership related to the theory of mature leadership were conceptualized and derived. In the course of this research, we conceptualized mature leadership by expanding the theory of Robert Kegan's ‘From Subject to Object: A Constructive Developmental Approach to Reflective Practice’ and developing the concept from step-by-step growth of consciousness to cyclical growth of consciousness. By applying and developing ‘Robert Kegan’s Adult Development Stage Theory’, the leader’s growth direction was derived throughout the leader’s life cycle of ‘growth maturity retreat’. Rather than looking at leadership as a competent characteristic of an individual in an era of rapid change with artificial intelligence, this study found the leadership attributes of ‘growth maturity retreat’ as an independent self, presented and conceptualized them in relation to them.
