인간-AI 협력 역량에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰

A systematic review on human-AI collaboration competences

목적 본 연구의 목적은 인간-AI 협력 역량을 도출하여 인간과 AI의 상호작용을 이해하기 위한 이론적 틀과 AI 기반 교육에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 방법 인간-AI 협력 역량을 도출하기 위해 체계적 문헌 고찰 방법에 따라 국내외 학술 데이터베이스에서 인간-AI 협력과 관련한 문헌을 수집하고 연구자 검토와 질 평가를 통해 최종 32개의 논문을 선별하고, 인간-AI 협력 역량과 관련 있는 내용을 중심으로 주제분석을 실시하였다. 결과 인간-AI 협력 역량으로 (1) AI 이해, (2) AI 윤리와 가치, (3) 인간-AI 의사소통, (4) 협력적 과제 조절이라는 4개의 역량을 도출하고, AI 개념, AI 기능, 윤리의식, 사회문화적 가치, 표현, 해석, 신뢰, 계획, 점검과 조정, 공동수행이라는 10개의 하위역량을 도출하였다. 결론 인간-AI 협력 역량을 강화하기 위하여 새로운 AI 리터러시 교육과정을 개발하고, 구성적이고 상호작용적인 활동 중심의 교수학습방법을 개발해야 한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the human-AI collaboration competences to provide a theoret-ical framework for understanding human-AI interaction and educational implications for AI education. Methods To derive the competences of human-AI collaboration, a systematic literature review was conducted. Relevant literature on human-AI collaboration was collected from domestic and international academic databases. Through systematic review and quality assessment, 32 papers were finally selected, and thematic analysis was conducted to identify themes related to human-AI collaboration competences. Results This study identified the human-AI collaboration competences composed of (1) AI Understanding, (2) AI Ethics and Values, (3) Communication with AI, and (4) Collaborative Task Regulation. In addition, this study found 10 sub-competences including AI concepts, AI functions, Ethical awareness, Socio-cultural values, Expressing, Interpreting, Trust, Planning, Monitoring & Coordination, and Co-performance. Conclusions To enhance the competences of human-AI collaboration, it is necessary to develop a new AI literacy curriculum and teaching and learning methods, which are based on constructive and interactive activities.
