产教融合背景下高职院校青年教师教学能力培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

随着《职业教育产教融合赋能提升行动实施方案(2023—2025 年)》的全面推进,产教融合建设成为高职院校现代化发展与时代化转型的重要趋势。在此背景下,培育青年教师教学能力成为高职院校推进产教融合可持续发展的关键所在。本文通过分析高职院校青年教师产教融合能力培养的必要性与困境,进而提出产教融合背景下高职院校青年教师培养的能力内涵与实践路径。在现代职业教育体系下,产教融合已经成为高职院校培养高素质、复合型人才的重要依据,不仅可以推动人才培养体系与企业实践生产的精准对接,而且能够为青年教师创建良好的锻炼与发展平台,由此打造可持续、衔接性的师资结构,确保产教融合与人才培养的协同发展。

With the comprehensive promotion of the Implementation Plan for the Integration of Production and Education in Vocational Education (2023-2025), the integration of production and education has become an important trend for the modernization and transformation of higher vocational colleges. In this context, the cultivation of young teachers' teaching ability has become the key to promote the sustainable development of production-education integration in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the necessity and dilemma of the cultivation of young teachers' production-education integration ability in higher vocational colleges, and then proposes the connotation and practical path of the cultivation of young teachers’ ability under the background of production-education integration. Under the modern vocational education system, the integration of production and education has become an important basis for higher vocational colleges to train high-quality and compound talents. It can not only promote the accurate docking of talent training system and enterprise practice and production, but also create a good training and development platform for young teachers, thus creating a sustainable and cohesive teacher structure. To ensure the integration of production and education and the coordinated development of personnel training.
