新商科视角下财务管理“专创+产教”双融合模式的教学改革研究与实践

Research and Practice of Teaching Reform in Financial Management from the Perspective of New Business Discipline: Integration of “Specialized Creation and Industry-Education” Dual Convergence Model

本文以财务管理课程为例,在新商科视角下,围绕专创融合和产教融合,对财务管理课程教学模式和人才培养机制进行改革。在专创融合方面,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法和教学师资四个方面研究融合方式;在产教融合方面,从师资队伍、课程教学和资源建设、以及科研项目和服务社会等方面构建了新商科财务管理的产教融合路径;最后,在整体上为课程搭建了“专创+产教”双融合模式,从教学目标、教学模式及考评机制三方面重塑了财务管理教学体系。

Taking the financial management course as an example, this paper reforms the teaching model and talent training mechanism of the financial management course from the perspective of new business disciplines, focusing on the integration of specialized creation and industry-education. In terms of specialized creation integration, the paper explores integration methods in four aspects: teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching faculty; in terms of industry-education integration, it constructs a path for industry-education integration in new business financial management through faculty, curriculum teaching and resource construction, as well as research projects and community service; finally, the paper builds a dual integration model of “Specialized Creation + Industry-Education” for the course, reshaping the financial management teaching system in terms of teaching objectives, teaching models, and assessment mechanisms.
