城市轨道交通应急处理课程思政教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of “Kecheng-Sizheng” in the Emergency Handling of Urban Rail Transit Course

立德树人是职业教育的根本任务,为有效解决城市轨道交通应急处理课程思政元素挖掘不充分、思政元素融入课程过于生硬、课程思政评价体系不完善等问题。通过调研城市轨道交通企业车站站务岗位素养,凝练出六大核心岗位素养,围绕岗位核心素养深挖思政教学资源,设计课程思政教学体系;依照城市轨道交通应急处理课程特点,构建“一体三环七步”课程思政教学模式,将显性专业知识与隐性思政元素有机融合;设置多元化课程思政学习评价体系,纵向评价激励学生自我提升,横向评价课堂教学效果,形成对接岗位核心素养、专业技能的全员、全方位、全过程评价体系。

The fundamental task of vocational education is to cultivate moral character and nurture talents. In order to effectively address the issues of insufficient exploration of ideological and political elements in the Emergency Handling of Urban Rail Transit course, rigid integration of ideological and political elements into the curriculum, and imperfect evaluation system of ideological and political elements in the curriculum, we conducted research on the professional competence of station operation posts in urban rail transit companies and extracted six core job competencies. Based on these core competencies, we have thoroughly explored the teaching resources of Kecheng-Sizheng and designed a Kecheng-Sizheng teaching system. According to the characteristics of the emergency handling of urban rail transit courses, we have constructed a “One Body, Three Circles, Seven Steps” model for curriculum ideological and political teaching, which organically integrates explicit professional knowledge with implicit ideological and political elements. We have also established a diversified Kecheng-Sizheng evaluation system, which vertically evaluates and motivates students selfimprovement and horizontally evaluates classroom teaching effectiveness, thus forming a comprehensive evaluation system that aligns with core job competencies and professional skills, covering all staff members and the entire process.
