Taekwondo Department Curriculum Analysis and Career Design Strategy Exploration to strengthen Career Development Capabilities

The purpose of this research is to provide basic materials for a career design strategy that can strengthen the career development ability of Taekwondo majors through a comparative analysis of university Taekwondo departments' curriculum and exploration of collaboration with career paths. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we analyzed the curriculum and subjects of the Taekwondo Department through literature, conducted qualitative research methods using in-depth interviews. Based on the curriculum improvement plan and career design strategy based on the results, Taekwondo major students can recognize the vocational trends of the subject based on the curriculum structure of the Taekwondo department and the relationship with the collaborative occupations in actual education.
