역사문화자원의 활용을 통한 도시재생 방향 연구

A Study on Urban Regeneration through Revitalization of Historical and Cultural Contents: Focusing on social big data analysis and expert interviews

문화적 도시재생은 물리적 환경개선의 한계를 극복하고 지역의 활성화를 가능하게 하였다. 도시정체성의 형성과 지역활성화를 목표로 하는 문화적 도시재생 정책의 방법론으로서 역사문화자원의 도입과 활용에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 역사문화자원의 구성요소를 기반으로 애관극장의 전반적 현황을 파악하고 활용유형을 토대로 하여 애관극장에 적용가능한 도시재생의 활용 전략방향성을 도출하였다. 연구문제 검증을 위해 소셜 미디어 데이터 분석과 전문가 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 애관극장은 시간적, 공간적, 인적 가치와 활용에 대한 부분이 확인되었다. 다만, 현재 활성화되어 있는 본연의 극장 기능의 한계점과 지역 거점들과의 연계를 통한 사회통합적인 정체성을 전달할 수 있는 전략이필요함을 확인하였다.

Cultural urban regeneration overcame the limitations of physical environment improvement and enabled the revitalization of the region. The introduction and utilization of historical and cultural contents were examined as a methodology of cultural urban regeneration policies aimed at forming urban identity and revitalizing the region. Based on the components of historical and cultural contents, the overall status of Aegwan Theater was identified, and based on the type of use, the strategic direction of urban regeneration applicable to Aegwan Theater was derived. Social big data analysis and in-depth interviews with experts were conducted to verify research problems and hypotheses. As a result of the study, Aegwan Theater was identified in terms of temporal, spatial, human values, and utilization. However, it was confirmed that there is a need for a strategy that can convey social integration identity through the limitations of the original theater functions that are currently active and links with local bases.
