The present study purposed to identify factors affecting the transfer of education training at academic departments related to airline cabin crews at colleges and universities in Korea. The subjects were limited to crews who had experience in education training programs at academic departments related to airline cabin crews. In the empirical analysis, data were statistically processed using SPSS 12.0. According to the results of this study, when the effect of the components of education training programs on the transfer of education training was analyzed, the teaching skill of educators/ trainers had a positive effect on transfer performance. Among trainees' personal characteristics, the motivation for learning was a positive correlation with the transfer of education training. Among the components of education training programs, the job relevancy of education training contents showed the highest correlation with the transfer of field works. However, this research has the following limitations. First, in order to measure the transfer of education training, we used questions on the contents of education training at department that's related to crews. Second, subsequent research needs to develop questionnaires and assessment methods in consideration of differences among schools and among individual cabin crews for measuring airlines' demands systematically, dividing the opinions of cabin crew trainers, airline executives, and airline employees.
