The Purpose of this study wasto: Provide evidence concerning the effect of manager and employee's job attribution depends on gender, and examine the impact of manager and employee gender on employee-related variables such as 'Dissension', 'Job Satisfaction', 'Organizational Commitment', and 'Turnover Intention'. Synthesizing all the collective results, in cases of a manager being a male shows higher conflict level than average. However, the conflict level also create a positive function that directly attributes to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and conclusively drop turnover intention. In the case of female managers, study generally shows very low level in conflict issues in work. Despite of all the negative effects that conflict could bring to one's work, female manager's level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment remained high. This conclusively states that majority of female managers also have very dropped level of turnover intention.
