This study aimed to provide a foundational objection for planning the efficiency of the management through the analysis of relationship between the travel leadership style and empowerment, organizational commitment and performance in the travel agency business. This study will inspect the general concept of mobilities among factors. The causation of the structural model of this study was assumed through structural equation modeling by AMOS. By testing the hypotheses through an estimation of study model. The five different hypotheses were statistically supported. The members' recognition according to the travel agency management hasnothing to do with the grade of travel agency evaluation. In other words, this thesis indicates that it is necessary to develop the leadership consorting with collective traits of travel agency businesses.
