The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of firsthand and secondhand crisis types of travel industry on the management of Travel agency. In addition, this study grasps the problems of crisis effect of travel agency by studying countermeasure to minimize the damage from possible crisis, which is likely to be occurred by the exterior environment of Travel agency in duty performance, and attempts to suggest the revision methods for the successful management of Travel agency. The substantial objectives in order to attain the goal of study are as followings: First, it re-establishes the crisis theory of travel agency through examining literatures. Second, it analyzes and grasps the effect of crisis types of tour industry on the management of Travel agency. Third, it presents the countermeasure on the crisis types of tour industry. The establishment of concept based on literatures and document arrangement were performed in order to attain the goal of this study. For the analysis of crisis types of travel agency, the interviews of the board of directors was examined. This study divided the crisis types of Travel agency into 3 kinds, and set its study limits into the management of travel agency.
