A Study on Customer Satisfaction for Regional Airlines

In the wake of circumstance change in Deregulation and Liberalization of the world wide aviation market, the new paradigm that market entry of Low-Cost Regional airlines became to emerging in domestic aviation market. Therefore it is suggested to research how the customer who are familiar with existing airlines services perceives Low-cost structural transportation system like a reduction of subsidiary services and what they have in expectations and satisfaction in the service quality of Regional Airlines. The ultimate purpose of this study is to provide research materials for the benefit and the variety of choice to passengers using Domestic Airlines and for the strength of competitiveness and for enhancing accessibility to the domestic aviation market for Regional Airlines which is staying in basic step.
