A Study on the influence of the values of participation at exhibition and job performance

This study was based on the case analysis that the ability and motivational concept of self formed from participation at exhibition have affected the job performance, because several companies have taken part in exhibition to their employee, sales-persons and distributors as the one of a means of profit seeking. As the result of factor analysis and regression analysis, it was found that all three factors of ability (ability of job execution , consideration of value & moral principal , retention & manifestation of information & skill) formed from exhibition have affected the job performance and all three factors of motivational concept of self(group efficacy, self efficacy and identification with the leader) formed from exhibition have affected the job performance. Therefore, the corporate should be interested in exhibition as a means of inner marketing and continue to study exhibition as the corporate meeting. In spite of distinction of studying about employee's values of participation at exhibition and job performance, this study have limits because of studying of several regions and types of industry.
