The more Event is related with culture, the more roles and boundary of culture are widen. Recently, numerous and diverse information service and event demands are being renewed and created. It is also expected that the five-day workweek system will cause more various and attractive culture event needs. especially, performing arts have beeen revaluated in Event. The main purpose of this research therefore is to investigate and analyse in the relationship between sought benefits and information service of performing arts event. This research questions, during November 1~5, 2006 and 203 samples were collected from Y and S performing arts places. To test analyses were used reliability, factor analysis and Muti-Regression. The results of analyses are as following: In the factor analysis to figure out the sought benefits of even inforamtion service are 3 factors. These are characteristics of sought benefits, contents of sought benfits and uses of sought benefits. Each group shows significance and influences user' satisfaction. Therefore, authors could find a significant relationship between satisfaction and sought benefits of performing atrs information service. This results of study has a significance of being useful as a measure again with respect to market segmentation and forcasts of user activitiy.
