The objective of this study is to survey a level of involvement in decision-making between regular worker and irregular one, and the difference in it. Moreover, it is to estimate the effective extent of Organizational Trust depending on awareness-level concerning insecure employment and involvement-degree in decision-making. The result showed that the involvement, comprehensively, influence upon the Trust, which is significant. In order to build the better Trust in hotel organization, this indicates that a company should arrange organized and systematic circumstances such as sharing information, the official announcement of a blueprint, reflection of suggestions to communicate friendly with these factors. It, also, proposes that a company should form the working condition and organizational culture for employees not to be taken any ignorance and stress regarding their suggestions. The limit of the research was to confine effective variables over insecure employment to employee’s individual characteristic and form-class. It couldn’t survey extensive external factors feasible to affect on insecure employment
