The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically on structural relation that organizational culture as independent variable influences to business performance as dependent variable through variables of service-orientation of organization and job satisfaction and customer-orientation of employee in hotel enterprises. Documentary study on theory related to subject was reviewed in first, research model and total six hypothesises were established based on it. In order to verification of them by questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, covariance structure modeling, multiple regression analysis were applied through SPSS for Windows Version 10.0 and LISREL Version 8.3 statistical package program. According to analysis result, research model was deuced as very reasonable model by another several index of fit on model, in spite of statistic by statistical verification possibility is unreasonable. And total six hypothesises were accepted as logic that has explanation. Also relation between type of organizational culture and service -orientation of organization was turned out that task-orientation culture most influenced to service-orientation of organization and relationship-orientation culture, renovation-orientation culture, hierarchy-orientation culture influenced sequently. Lastly it is necessary to develop practical system in hotel enterprise for verification of the relation between cause and effect among organizational culture, service-orientation of organization, job satisfaction, customer-orientation of employee, business performance.
