This study is regarding how a higher strategy in competition of franchise system for middle class hotel affects relation commitment. and also it intend to analyze primary factors for the effects between a higher strategy in competition of franchise system and relation commitment and verify the possibilities that franchise system could be accepted not as an one-sided management strategy of a business but as a continuing higher strategy in competition through relation commitment with a contractor concerned, franchise. The issues through this study will affect a contract with chain hotels in a positive way. a continuing higher strategy in competition should be accepted as a main strategy of franchise system for middle class hotels to conclude a long term contract, pursue a profit margin and take some strategies for largeness, specialization, standardization.
