A conceptual framework of this study is developed through definitions and classifications, and specific methods and techniques are highlighted through case studies. Successful case study of travel fair and unsuccessful one, relatively, have been used in demonstrating how managers can improve their effectiveness and efficiency in producing successful event and meeting their organization's wider goals. Exhibition and Exposition event plays a part to allow people to mingle freely with others and widen the band of consensus in a festive atmosphere at fixed places with a sense of ambience as well as fulfill extensive functions and objectives including 1)to meet existing and potential customers; 2) to secure the largest possible number of inquiries which can be followed up after the event; 3) to publicise the company's name and products(This is a long-term benefit which will assist future business); 4) to avoid being conspicuous by absence; 5) to aid market research and long-range planning; 6) to take orders; 7) to secure new and better partnership.
