This study was designed to analyze how satisfied the employees of travel agencies are with their current human resource management system and suggest what necessary policies and strategies are to improve, based upon an empirical analysis of survey data from travel agency workers. This exploratory study originally surveyed a random sample of 500 travel agency workers. Due to high response rate from the travel agent worker were surveyed because writer has a good relationship with them. After follow-up were applied, response rate of 91.2 percent was achieved. Of the total responses 483 of 500. Useable reponses totaled 456 of the 483 questionnaires received. This study seems to have some limitations. Since this study included all sections of travel business, it was unable to make any detailed suggestions specifically for each types of different travel business. In this sense, it seems that The future study should be able to suggest specific policies appropriate for different areas of travel business through comparative analysis and scientific job analysis.
