A Study on the Expectation and Satisfaction about Korea Tourism Conditions of Chinese Tourists

The main purpose of this study was to find different an inbound Chinese tourists expectation and satisfaction according to the characteristics on travel type. Analysis results of this study are summarized as below: First, gap analysis of satisfaction-expectation, dissatisfaction factors are attractions, convenience of transportation, cheaper transportation expenses. Second, while increase a number of visit Korea, they dissatisfied F&B service, shopping, an itinerary and service. Third, Among the Korea tourism conditions, satisfaction, revisit and recommendation influences of Chinese tourists factors is attractions and transportation, tourism service.
